WORKSHOPS
We’re coming out of the quiet to run two, three day workshops in London and Manchester.
London: 25 - 27 November, Longfield Hall, Camberwell
Manchester: 7 - 9 January 25, The Royal Exchange.
The workshops will explore our process of making original theatre combining movement, music and text. We will work with improvisation, movement, music, vocal play and writing exercises, exploring tasks that are the core ingredients of a RashDash making process. We will work with elements of autobiography/ideas generated by the group to play with and create new material.
The workshops will be led by RashDash co-founders Helen Goalen (Manchester) and Abbi Greenland (London).
“The space felt simultaneously fun, challenging, safe, open, specific and flexible…it gave me the space to grapple with and question my identity as a maker and where I fit.”
